How long will the order take once it is placed? Your order will ship in 1 to 2 weeks depending on the number of photos and videos. How do I get the pictures to you? Digital pictures can be uploaded directly to us on our UPLOAD tab. Digital pictures can also be mailed on any digital media such as CD or Flash Drive. Standard paper photos must be mailed to us. All mailed media will be returned with the final DVD production. Can I include video clips in the DVD? Of course! Short video clips add richness and depth to the final production. Upload short clips (1 to 2 minutes) directly on our website. Clips of any length can be mailed on a CD, DVD or flash drive. All mailed digital media will be returned with the final DVD production. What music can I use? You can use any music you own. If you own a song on CD or other digital format such as iTunes, you can upload the song file directly on our upload page. You can also mail the song on any digital media such as CD or Flash Drive. All digital media will be returned to you with the final DVD production. If you would like, we will happily purchase a song for the cost of iTunes – typically $1.00 per song. Can I add captions to photos? Sure! Each segment includes up to 5 captions.
